Dear Family Member, After listening to feedback from many family members and after careful thought it was determined by the Hobin Open Committee that this year we would celebrate our family unity on Sunday August 3^rd at Camp Kiwanne located in Hanson, MA. The 2009 "Hobin Open" at Blue Rock was attended by many Hobin family members. Everyone that attended told me that they had a wonderful time but, missed the other family members that were not in attendence. We all hope this will change next year! The team scores and order of finish is posted on the "HOME" page. This was the last year for the current committee members. We are looking for new members to plan our family reunion in 2009. If you are interested in submitting your name as a committee member for next year please fill out the enclosed form. The centerpiece of Camp Kiwanee is the Needles Lodge with a wide wrap around porch that overlooks the pristine waters of Maquan Pond. Outside of the Lodge is a picnic and barbecue area that sits beneath tall pines. There is plenty of space for sports activities such as softball, volleyball, basketball, bocce ball and swimming! The committee will have scheduled activities throughout the day that will be fun filled for all! Here are the details for our day at Camp Kiwanee: When: Sunday, August 3, 2008, Noon to 5:00PM. Where: Camp Kiwanee, Route 58, Hanson, MA 02341 For directions go to: www.campkiwanee.com Bring your own food; grills will be provided. Cash Bar. (You cannot bring in any alcohol) A Lifeguard will be On Duty. Cost: $20.00 per family (to help with rental cost of Camp and Lodge) Please mail your check with the enclosed reservation form by May 30, 2008.
